About me:

Hi beautiful people! Welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is Mel Labrecque (they/them) and I’m the human behind embers’ oracle. I have been on a spiritual healing journey for most of my life, and have learned a great deal about the process that is healing our bodies, minds and spirits. I am excited to be offering these services to the collective, and look forward to connecting with you!

I have been reading tarot and oracle cards for 8 years, and received the highest level of reiki certification in 2021. I have been studying astrology for the past four years, and have found immense wisdom and insights in my studies. I am also an intuitive channeler, and connect to my unique angels, spirit guides, and loving energies to receive messages, guidance, and higher knowledge from the ethereal and earthly realms. Spiritual work has completely changed my life; it has healed my trauma, brought me love and blessings, and helped me find true love within my self.

My work is rooted in a liberation centered praxis, and I firmly stand with all oppressed peoples against colonial and oppressive forces. Spiritual practices with an intersectional lens are crucial to my practice, and I am so grateful to the wise teachers, activists, and communities who have been doing the work, and inspire me towards creating a better world with each breath.

Things I care about: abolitionism, disability justice, decolonization, anti-racism, reparations, housing for all, clean air, water, and food for all, trans right, immigrant rights, transformative justice, kindness for humans, animals, and the land, and autonomy. Part of how I integrate my philosophy is through offering a pay what you can model for all of my offerings. All of my offerings are on a sliding scale basis of $0-150, as I firmly believe that everyone, regardless of economic status, deserves access to these holistic healing services.
